We greatly enjoyed our full involvement in Shoot for Change, the charitable project of the American photographer Walter Grio. You can watch Alina I, Adelina A, Denisa N, Raluca C, Elena C, Catalina S, Andrei H and Miluta C - the models who took part in this great shooting with marvelous results.

We fell for Adelina Cristina Aioanei at her first visit to the agency. Her big, sweet eyes sending a calming spirit all around still fascinate us. And we believe we will not be the only ones feeling this. :) The best of luck, Adelina!

One more beauty following her dream entered Avant-Garde Models team. Her name is Ramona. She is 17 year old and she has a great wish to succeed in modeling, apart from her great looks and attitude. We are here to support her career evolution.

May 8-9 2008 - two days for the 11th edition of Romanian Fashion Week, the most important fashion event in Romania - with the best look and organization ever. For the second year in round, Avant-Garde Models organized the casting for the event, certifying the good results of the same involvement last year. The second good reason for joy is the large number of models from our agency walking for designers this year, taking into account the severe and strict casting rules: the designers opted for the best quality of the models, professionalism, good height and best measurements. If the previous editions have accepted over 200 models in the event, this year the tough requirements at the casting led to the participation of only maximum 130 models (male and female)for the whole event. After this casting, almost all our models walked for George Hojbota, Nichi-Cristina Nichita, Jolidon, Mircea Barbulescu, Irina Marinescu, Lucian Pop, Andreea Tincu, Zasha, Dork, the special collection by Marie Claire, Alina Botea, Andra Clitan, and also for some of the talented young designers chosen to make public their collections this year: Lucian Broscatean, Ana-Maria Pop, Maria Ciubotariu.

Andreea is one of those rare girls who prove that 17 is an age when you can make totally mature decisions that can change your entire future. She completely impressed us with her ambition, perseverence and physical beauty, qualities that will certainly push her evolution in this field where personality became the main criterium of selection. :)
